The Mohr Family has dedicated the last few years to restoring the ranch to higher standards of operation with the addition of numerous water wells, wildlife drinkers and on-going ranch improvements. The capital improvements of phase 1 are scheduled for completion in early 2026.
In October 2024, the ranch was placed in a conservation easement. This commitment ensures the preservation of the land's natural beauty and its rich heritage for generations to come.
